We are on the lookout for a Food and Beverage Controller for a client in the hospitality industry.
Salary and Benefits:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant managers.
- Update and maintain receipts into the systems
- Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
- Continuously study trends in F&B control implemented and provide suggestions for improvements. Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report
- Preparing Food and Beverage reports and distribute to management.
- Check the restaurant and bar checks on daily basis
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
Key Skills:
- Should be assertive with unquestionable integrity.
- Cost conscious and have good knowledge of hotel product and processes
- Working knowledge of OPERA ACCPAC and MICROS POS will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality
