Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Owner and Developer is seeking an Owners Representative in Charlotte NC
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee development projects and act as the primary liaison between Owner and architects general contractors engineers and municipal authorities
- Monitor expenses and efficiently manage project budget
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Project inspections and quality control
- Identify risk and potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project closeout items
Qualifications include:
- BS in a Construction related field preferred
- Commercial Construction experience required
- Proficiency in reading construction documents blueprints and understanding building codes
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
