Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00
  • Sunday 1 rotational day off per week

About the Role
Join an international customer support team representing a globally recognized home appliances brand in Lisbon.

As a Customer Service Representative you will support customers with inquiries troubleshooting and service-related requests while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone email and chat
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Handle service-related requests professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1/Native level)
  • Good level of English (B2)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Customer-oriented attitude and adaptability
  • Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
  • EU citizenship or a valid Portugal residence/work permit is required

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1000 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23/day
  • Transport Allowance: 20/month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 100 gross/month
