Role Overview Based in the vibrant and historic city of Porto you will support a leading international road services provider. When drivers in Poland face a breakdown an accident or a flat tire you are the voice of reason and the person who gets them moving again.
Your Responsibilities
- Emergency Dispatch: Receive calls from Polish-speaking customers and assess their roadside emergency needs.
- Service Coordination: Organize towing on-site repairs or alternative transportation through a network of providers.
- Policy Guidance: Help customers understand their service levels and insurance coverage in a calm professional manner.
- Real-Time Documentation: Log all incident details into the system to ensure a seamless assistance process.
- Empathetic Support: Manage high-stress situations with patience ensuring the customer feels safe and supported.
Requirements
- Language: Native or near-native Polish (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2).
- Legal Status: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Work Permit.
- Soft Skills: Quick thinking high empathy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer programs and CRM tools simultaneously.
