• User Consultation: Guide German-speaking clients through account configurations and platform features via telephony and email.
• Data Integrity: Perform rigorous audits of business listings to ensure our global database remains the gold standard for reliability.
• Rapid Problem-Solving: Resolve user challenges regarding account access listing visibility and technical synchronization with speed and precision.

THE IDEAL PROFILE: PRECISION & ADAPTABILITY

• Linguistic Authority: Near-native German (verbal and written) and at least B2-level English for global training and internal synchronization.
