About the Role
We are looking for motivated German-speaking professionals to join an international customer support team for a leading project in the banking sector.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them with banking-related inquiries while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This role combines customer support with a proactive and service-oriented approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support related to banking services
- Assist customers with:
- Phone banking ID setup
- T-PIN configuration
- Postbank app setup and support
- Handle general retail banking service inquiries
- Present products and services in a professional and customer-oriented manner
- Support marketing and customer engagement campaigns
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1 level)
- Good level of English (B2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to support customer engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
- EU citizenship or a valid Portugal residence/work permit is required
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (14 salaries per year)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200 gross/month (12 salaries)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net/day
- Annual Meal Allowance Total: Approximately 2014.32
Relocation Package
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
- Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
- Utilities included
- 280/month deducted from salary
- Flight reimbursement up to 400 (economy class) after 6 months of employment
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Standard schedule: 08:00 17:00
- Potential future rotational schedule between 08:00 20:00
- Two days off weekly (Saturday & Sunday)
