German Speaking Customer Advisor

In this role you will represent a leading global financial institution providing top-tier support to their German-speaking clientele. While the brand is a powerhouse in the banking sector our focus is on people: providing solutions building trust and ensuring every customer feels heard.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor you are the first point of contact and the face of the project. You will:

• Manage Inbound Queries: Assist customers via phone and email regarding account management digital banking tools and general financial services.
• Problem Solve: Identify customer needs clarify information and provide immediate solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure every interaction meets the high-standard compliance and security protocols required in the financial industry.
• Navigate Systems: Use advanced CRM tools to log interactions and keep customer records up to date.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Mastery: Near-native or Fluent German (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2).
• Communication Skills: You are a natural people person with a professional phone manner and a knack for explaining complex things simply.
• Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new software and processes.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or the financial sector is a plus but it is not a requirement. We provide full paid training to set you up for success.
