Job Summary
Staff Accountant- Treasury
Join RestaurantTechnologiesTreasury team as a Staff Accountant and play a key role in keeping our cash and accounting processesaccuratetimely andaudit-ready. In this hybrid role based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metroyoullsupport cash forecasting and reconciliations tax reporting supplier setup in our ERP and month-end activitiespartnering with field operations and corporate teams to solve questions and keep work moving. Location
This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate must be based out of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area and must be willing to commute to the office 2-3 days per month.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $70000 - $85000 annually plusa 10% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on market conditionsand the candidates experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cash forecasts
- Complete cash reconciliations
- Prepare property tax sales & use tax and corporate tax reporting
- Complete new supplier registrations in ERP system and make updates to suppliers
- Accounting and invoicing of used cooking oil pickups including month end accrual
- Provide accounting support for travel and expense questions and card management
- Provide accounting support to field operations and other corporate departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 2 years experience in corporate or public accounting
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and proven ability to learn new technology systems
- Proven organizational skills; detail oriented; and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end close process
- Experience with corporate and sales tax
Preferred:
- CPA
