Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft motions pleadings and other legal documents
• Manage discovery processes including depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
• Assist in developing case strategies and trial preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys clients and subject-matter experts

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Idaho or ability to obtain admission
• Strong writing research and analytical skills
• Demonstrated interest in civil litigation and trial practice
