Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Represent clients in court proceedings hearings mediations arbitrations and trials.
Take and defend depositions prepare witnesses and manage discovery processes.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
10 15 years of litigation experience.
Strong academic credentials.
