Our growing and highly respected law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 10 15 years of litigation experience to join our collaborative team. In this role you will work alongside accomplished attorneys on complex litigation matters while gaining exposure to regulatory and transactional issues that will broaden your practice and strengthen your position as a well-rounded legal advisor. You will have the opportunity to develop industry-specific expertise build long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a nationally recognized practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategy for commercial real estate employment and other business disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive motions briefs pleadings and memoranda.
• Represent clients in court proceedings hearings mediations arbitrations and trials.
• Take and defend depositions prepare witnesses and manage discovery processes.
• Provide practical legal advice and strategic counsel to clients on litigation risks and business objectives.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on regulatory transactional and litigation-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to practice growth.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 10 15 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional legal research writing advocacy and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
