Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit Kia warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance
• Work with service advisors technicians and management to ensure claims meet factory requirements
• Track and reconcile warranty receivables and outstanding claims
• Maintain documentation and files required for manufacturer warranty audits
• Help maintain a high standard of warranty compliance within the service department

Ideal Candidate

• Previous Automotive Warranty Administrator experience
• Strong understanding of repair orders labor operations and warranty documentation
• Experience working inside a high-volume dealership service department
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work closely with service management advisors and technicians
