Responsibilities in this role:

• Develop an extensive understanding of our client base industries served and global mobility solutions
• Determine the optimal immigration strategy tailored for your clients needs
• Perform legal research and due diligence within the rapidly evolving immigration landscape
• Draft review and file all types of Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications
• Advise and mentor HR Departments of startups and established businesses on best practices
• Lead client meetings townhalls presentations and proposal responses
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to resolve complex issues
• Mentor a team of paralegals and facilitate the hiring and retention of top talent for Silicon Valleys finest

Qualifications:

Required

• 2-4 years of business immigration experience

• Juris Doctor from an Accredited University
• Bar Admittance in any state
• Strong written and oral communicator
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented results driven
• A positive outlook rivaled only by a passion for helping others

Preferred

• Prior experience in immigration or business law
• Demonstrated track record of leadership capability
• Entrepreneurial spirit that resonates with our clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits and Compensation:

Salary: $94000 to $115000 adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors
