An AmLaw 50 law firm is looking to add a mid- to senior-level associate to its Private Companies team in Seattle.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be advising venture-backed and growth-stage companies throughout their lifecyclefrom formation through financing and liquidity events. The work includes handling venture capital financings general corporate matters and supporting companies as they scale.

Youll also work closely with investors and founders giving you strong exposure to the broader startup and venture ecosystem.

What Theyre Looking For

• 37 years of corporate experience
• Experience advising venture-backed or high-growth companies
• Experience with venture capital financings and general corporate matters
• Background at a national or international law firm preferred
• Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and interact directly with clients
• Strong academic credentials
