About the Role
We are seeking a professional and self-motivated individual based in Brisbane to operate in a remote independent contractor role within the personal development and leadership education sector.
This position involves engaging with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about structured programs and services and guiding them through a clear and professional information process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct structured introductory conversations (phone or Zoom)
- Provide accurate information using a guided process
- Direct individuals to appropriate next steps
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Role Structure
- Remote independent contractor arrangement
- Flexible working hours (self-managed)

Compensation
- Performance-based earnings model
