We are pleased to invite applications from internal candidates for the position ofExecutive Manager Relationship Services & Client Pathways a key leadership role within RASA.

This pivotal role provides strategic and operational leadership for RASAs couples and relationship counselling services and associated programs alongside oversight of frontline client services that ensure timely appropriate triage into the most relevant supports. The Executive Manager is responsible for ensuring services are delivered with a strong focus on quality accessibility and responsiveness to the diverse needs of individuals families and communities. A critical aspect of the role is enabling clear integrated client pathways across the organisation minimising fragmentation and removingintakebarriers that may impede access ordiminish holistic service responses.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and as a key member of the Executive Team the role is accountable for delivering high-quality evidence-informedrelationshipservices that promote access inclusion and improvedsafety and relationshipwellbeing outcomes. It leads the development and management of client-centred efficient frontline service delivery across all RASA sites including ensuring consistent and accurate client data capture and strengthening workforce capability to effectively utilise systems and processes that underpin service quality accountability and outcomes reporting.

The role provides strategic leadership across relationship family and couples counselling encompassing service design policy development workforce capability and stakeholder engagement while advancing organisational growth and innovation.A central focus is ensuring programs are effective sustainable and aligned with RASAs strategic direction values and commitment to excellence.

You will also contribute to a service culture that:

  • prevents and responds to the impacts of family and institutional violence
  • strengthens cultural safety for clients and staff
  • upholds the rights voices and wellbeing of children including where children are not the primary client

About You

You are an experienced human services sector leader and bring:

  • Extensive leadership experience in the human services sector including relationships counsellingfamily therapy trauma responsive inclusive and evidence-based program delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (AQF Level 7 or above) in psychology social work human services or a related discipline or equivalent knowledge skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading family and relationship counselling teams and contributing to service design implementation and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client centred frontline services and systems that contribute to coordinated and no wrong door service responses.
  • Proven success in managing complex programs across multiple service areas.
  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively with funders government agencies and sector partners to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Experience in managing complex client matters service data and evaluation frameworks to inform quality and accountability.
  • Proven capacity to ensure high-quality service delivery through the effective use of accurate data reliable evaluation and research evidence to guide decision-making performance reporting and accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading organisational change and driving continuous improvement processes.
  • You will have a commitment to collaboration and joined up service delivery and organisational systems including working with people with lived experience relevant to the service portfolio.
