Versent is looking for a Lead Consultant to play a pivotal role in guiding delivery excellence
across our engagements. If you love bringing clarity leadership and energy to complex delivery

As a Lead Consultant youll be at the heart of our delivery engine orchestrating teams
practices and outcomes to ensure every customer engagement lands impactfully and sustainably.
Youll bring modern delivery practices to life shaping ways of working that suit each customers
environment.
Youll work closely with customers to understand their vision build trust and ensure technical
outcomes align to real business needs. From pre-sales shaping to end-to-end delivery leadership
your influence will be felt across the transformation journey.
In some engagements youll also apply your expertise to shape customer strategy and help guide
their long-term delivery approach.
Define document and successfully deliver medium-sized projects or major streams within
complex programs.
Implement delivery practices aligned to the Versent Delivery Craft Framework.
Maintain effective oversight of delivery health risks and quality.
Manage delivery performance against budget and timelines.
Report on delivery health (scope time cost people) and drive mitigation activities.
Support handover to internal teams for operational maintenance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Strong delivery leadership adaptable across Agile Waterfall and Hybrid environments
Proven consulting leadership and client management.
Customer-centric mindset with high quality standards.
Experience coaching developing and mentoring teams.
Strong relationship-building and conflict-management skills.
