Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive field sales across pharma retail outlets (chemists pharmacies medical stores)
- Plan and execute daily beat routes and market coverage
- Acquire new retail accounts and activate first orders
- Build strong retailer relationships to drive repeat business
- Present product catalogue pricing and promotions
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate order fulfillment
- Track market trends competitor activity and pricing insights
- Maintain CRM records for visits orders and collections
- Ensure collections and credit discipline as per policy
- Participate in retailer meets activations and sales campaigns
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field
- Experience in field sales (pharma retail / distributor / FMCG)
- Strong skills in territory management and beat planning
- Understanding of pharma retail and distributor network
- Ability to handle on-ground sales prospecting and closures
- Familiarity with CRM tools mobile apps and basic Excel
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with strong execution and collection discipline
