Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative operations coordinating
office activities handling documentation and ensuring smooth functioning of office and facility
management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
Handle office documentation filing and records management
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
Maintain office inventory and stationery stock
Manage travel arrangements bookings and schedules
Support HR activities like attendance leave records and onboarding
Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence
Organize meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety standards
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Organizational and multitasking ability
MS Office knowledge (Word Excel Email)
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Problem-solving ability
Qualification
Graduate in any stream ( BBA BA preferred)
Experience in admin or office coordination (preferred)
Work Environment
Office / industrial setup
Coordination with HR accounts project and management teams
