Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of pharmaceutical products across hospitals clinics and pharmacies
- Onboard OEMs and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Build and manage strong customer and key account relationships
- Negotiate pricing margins and payment terms with hospital purchase managers
- Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer insights
- Achieve sales targets (monthly quarterly annual)
- Participate in sales meetings training programs and industry events
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field
- Experience in hospital pharma sales and institutional business
- Exposure to multiple therapy areas (Gynae IVF Vaccines Oncology etc.)
- Experience with OEM onboarding / dealer / distributor ecosystem
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to drive sales growth and manage key accounts
- Self-driven with ability to handle territory independently
