Overview

As a Project Engineering Coordinator based in Pickering Ontario you will support the delivery of major nuclear refurbishment projects by working closely with project managers engineers and construction teams. This role offers handson exposure to complex engineering projects and the opportunity to contribute directly to work that helps power communities safely and reliably.
Your Role
- Support the Project Manager and Series Leads with coordination and daytoday project activities.
- Interface between engineering quality document control procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment.
- Track and support engineering and procurement deliverables to meet project schedules.
- Generate reports and project data using approved software and systems.
- Maintain organized documentation and accurate project records.
- Support communication across multidisciplinary teams to facilitate efficient execution.
About You
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Aptitude for working collaboratively within engineering and construction teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word Visio and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Aptitude for working in both office and site environments as required.
