Role Summary
Own end-to-end processing of marketing/vendor invoices and incentive payouts ensuring accurate master data budget/commitment control compliance (GST/TDS) timely quarter close and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate invoice soft/hard copies (Bill-to location/address GST quantity price) and upload in ICART with required fields (Business Area/Place Cost Center value description and stakeholder tagging).
- Tag provision/commitment line items for verification and submission; follow up with marketing/brand teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Prepare and share vendor-wise no commitment available reports; capture commitments in ICART where required.
- Allocate IO budgets to branches/factories as per approval mails (supermarket/visibility claims cylinder development) and maintain budget trackers to prevent overruns.
- Create LSP IO numbers depot-wise on a quarterly basis.
- Process TRP/UNNATI payouts: verify UID-wise amounts approve in Manch post liability and payment entries in SAP; post Unnati liability entries in LEAP; raise manual POs as needed.
- Support vendor onboarding and vendor code creation: collect required documents and submit via vendor portal.
- Coordinate with GST and sales tax teams for GST/TDS issues; coordinate urgent payments with Wividus (payment processing team).
- Provide periodic reports (net media commission BCM-TV media spends) and support quarter-end close (invoice timelines provision master updates).
- Provide data and coordinate with stakeholders for statutory/IFC/internal audits.
Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of accounts payable / invoice processing provisions/commitments and budget controls.
- Hands-on with SAP postings; strong Excel skills; ability to work with workflow tools (ICART/LEAP/Manch or similar).
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS concepts; strong documentation and audit orientation.
- High attention to detail stakeholder coordination and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
