Lead and motivate software developers to create innovative solutions and implement top-notch development practices.
Support and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to execute plans resolve issues and apply scrum principles.
Drive projects forward manage priorities with senior leadership and foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
Qualifications:
Over 12 years of experience in software development with 5 years in leadership roles demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies.
Proficient in programming languages project management and coaching developers with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership organizational and interpersonal abilities thriving in fast-paced environments and fostering teamwork.
Excellent strategic and logical thinking with the ability to understand the logic behind software development processes.
Strong understanding of software architecture with a demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles.
