Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Communicate job details timelines and expectations to customers
- Dispatch and support craftsmen with daily schedules
- Follow up on estimates open jobs and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer and job records
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- 2 years of customer service scheduling or administrative experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Home services construction or trades industry experience
- Dispatching or scheduling field teams
- CRM or field service software (ServiceTitan Housecall Pro etc.)
- Flexible part-time schedule
