Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Operational Execution & Management
Execute the companys operational roadmap across manufacturing supply chain logistics and service delivery.
Translate strategic goals into operational plans KPIs and performance tracking systems.
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency reliability and scalability.
Support capacity planning and operational readiness for new and existing product lines.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management
Oversee plant operations to ensure safe efficient and quality-compliant production.
Drive supply chain effectiveness through demand planning vendor coordination and inventory management.
Work with procurement and vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply and cost optimization.
Implement process improvements lean practices and basic automation initiatives.
Coordinate with R&D and product teams for smooth product scale-up and production readiness.
Quality Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and quality standards across operations.
Implement and monitor SOPs quality checks and compliance processes.
Support audits documentation and regulatory requirements in coordination with QA/RA teams.
Identify operational risks and ensure mitigation through structured controls.

Support sales operations including forecasting order management and timely delivery.
Coordinate with distributors and field teams to improve execution and service levels.
Ensure effective handling of customer complaints and service turnaround.
Track and improve operational metrics related to customer satisfaction.

Lead and manage teams across operations manufacturing and supply chain.
Drive accountability discipline and performance within teams.
Support hiring training and capability development of operational staff.
Foster collaboration across functions including sales quality and product teams.
