Job Title:ALM Practice Head with expertise in Polarion Tool
Location:IN-MH-Pune
Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedALM Practice Headto lead and build our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inSiemens Polarionand a strong background in the ALM domain with the ability to drive bothtechnical delivery and strategic growthof the practice.
This role requires a blend oftechnical leadership people management and presales capabilities along with hands-on experience in implementing and integrating ALM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive theALM practice roadmap aligned with organizational goals
- Build and scale the ALM practice including capability development and team expansion
- Establish best practices frameworks and reusable assets for ALM implementations
- Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the ALM domain
Technical Delivery
- Leadend-to-end technical deliveryof Siemens ALM (Polarion) solutions
- Provide architectural guidance and hands-on expertise inPolarion and Teamcenter platforms
- Oversee solution design implementation customization and integration
- Ensure delivery excellence quality assurance and adherence to timelines and budgets
Presales & Business Development
- Leadpresales activitiesincluding solutioning RFP/RFI responses and client presentations
- DriveProof of Concepts (POCs)and demos to showcase ALM capabilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and convert leads into business
- Contribute to revenue growth and practice profitability
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on ALM strategy and implementation
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Lead client workshops requirement discussions and solution roadmaps
Team Leadership & People Management
- Build mentor and lead high-performing ALM teams
- Drive hiring training and competency development within the practice
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
Domain Expertise
- Strong experience inApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)domain
- Deep understanding ofproduct development lifecycleand engineering processes
- Exposure todigital transformation initiativesin engineering/PLM/ALM space
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on expertise inSiemens Polarion ALM
- Strong experience withTeamcenterandPLM-ALM integrations
- Experience insystem integrationsacross enterprise tools (e.g. PLM ERP DevOps tools)
- Knowledge of customization configuration and deployment of ALM solutions
Leadership & Management
- Proven experience in leading large teams and managing delivery
- Strongprogram and stakeholder managementskills
- Experience in handling multiple projects and accounts
Presales & Consulting
- Strong experience inRFPs RFIs POCs and solutioning
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders
- Experience in client engagement and consulting roles
