Job Summary
Job Title: QA / QC HOD
Experience: 15 to 18 Years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA / QC - HOD to develop implement and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the Mechanical & Civil Project construction sites of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and monitor QA & QC systems procedures and quality plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards statutory requirements and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality inspections audits and assessments for cranes equipment and construction activities.
- Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) method statements and QAP related documentation.
- Coordinate with project operations and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor vendor and subcontractor quality performance and ensure adherence to contractual and quality requirements.
- Review QA & QC reports MIS and records and conduct QC audits.
- Support internal and external audits including client and third-party inspections.
- Train mentor and guide site teams on quality standards procedures and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- / B. Tech Mechanical Engineering CSWIP 3.2 ( currently validated ) ISO audit eperience
- Strong knowledge of QA & QC systems ISO standards and safety regulations with 15 -18 years of experience.
- Proven leadership communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience in quality documentation reporting and MIS preparation.
Preferred Certifications:
- ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).
Education
UG: - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering in Any Specialization
PG: in Any Specialization
