Purpose of the Role
- The Head - Psychiatry will lead and oversee psychiatric services across all centers & foundation ensuring the highest standards of clinical care operational excellence and team performance. The role is responsible for driving clinical outcomes maintaining quality and compliance man-aging multidisciplinary teams and strengthening service delivery frameworks across locations.
Qualification
- MD or DNB in Psychiatry highly preferred (from a recognized and registered with the National Medical Commission in India)
- Additional Certifications or fellowships in areas such as Geriatric Psychiatry child and adolescent psychiatry and a some exposure to Psychotherapy modalities like CBT DBT will be a added advantage.

Clinical Leadership & Service Delivery
- Provide strategic leadership for psychiatric services across all Centers & Foundation.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality client consultations and treatment plans aligned with best clini-cal practices.
- Oversee optimal caseload management and continuity of care across centers & foundation.
- Ensure timely response to client needs while maintaining high therapeutic standards and out-comes.
Documentation & Records Governance
- Establish and monitor standards for accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Ensure all session notes and client records are maintained in centralized systems/portals.
- Drive periodic audits and ensure adherence to documentation quality benchmarks.
Centre Performance & Clinical Outcomes
- Oversee performance of all centers & foundation ensuring achievement of clinical and service delivery targets.
- Monitor key metrics related to session delivery client outcomes and service quality.
- Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve clinical efficiency and impact.
Team Leadership & Clinical Supervision
- Lead manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health profes-sionals.
- Provide clinical supervision guidance and case consultations across centers & foundation.
- Drive team utilization engagement retention and professional development.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols ethical standards and organizational SOPs.
- Maintain strict compliance with confidentiality legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategy & Service Development
- Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of psychiatric services across centres.
- Introduce innovative approaches to enhance service delivery accessibility and patient care.
- Align clinical services with organizational goals and long-term vision.
- Professional Development & Organizational Engagement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning training and clinical excellence.
- Encourage participation in organizational wellness engagement and capacity-building initia-tives.
