Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Monitoring & Compliance:
Assist the HSE team in implementing health safety and environmental policies on site.
Support monitoring of compliance with site safety procedures and statutory regulations.
Help ensure workers follow PPE requirements and safe work practices.
Site Inspections & Reporting:
Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and identify unsafe conditions.
Report hazards and unsafe acts to senior HSE officers.
Maintain basic safety records reports and documentation.
Risk Assessment Support:
Assist in preparing risk assessments and HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment).
Support implementation of control measures recommended by the HSE team.
Incident Support:
Assist in incident reporting and preliminary investigation.
Help document near misses minor incidents and corrective actions.

Safety Awareness:
Participate in toolbox talks safety meetings and safety training sessions.
Promote safety awareness and safe work culture among workers.
Environmental & Emergency Support:
Assist in monitoring environmental compliance at the project site.
Support implementation of emergency response plans and safety drills.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
Understanding of HIRA / Risk Assessment concepts
Familiarity with PPE standards and safety procedures
Basic knowledge of incident reporting and safety documentation
Good communication and observation skills
Preferred Knowledge:
Basic understanding of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards
Knowledge of construction safety regulations
Familiarity with safety audits and inspections
