DescriptionAs a HR Project Management Specialist II here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering HR projects programs and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. - Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior project management specialists
- Monitor and analyze HR trends competitor activities and employee insights to identify opportunities
- Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering HR projects and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills including planning organizing and prioritizing.
