Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll & Time Process Senior Consultant to join our
dynamic team for HXM his role is ideal for experts with a strong background in HR payroll and
time process configuration integration and technical/functional solution delivery-especially
those experienced with Netherlands payroll legislation and SAP HR modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Integration:
Lead the configuration and integration between SAP HR Time Management and Payroll
ensuring smooth process flow and compliance with NL payroll legislation.
Technical Analysis & Solution Design:
Analyse and propose robust technical solutions. Develop clear technical requirements
from functional specifications providing comprehensive effort estimates feasibility
studies and conducting technical reviews.
Business Analysis & Change Management:
Conduct business process analysis including AS-IS/TO-BE modelling and GAP
analysis risk identification and recommendations for HR system enhancements.
Champion business process re-engineering and change management.
Project Execution & Support:
Facilitate all phases of project delivery including design configuration testing training
implementation and post-go-live support. Play an integral role in production support
enhancements upgrades and data migration from legacy systems to
SAP/SuccessFactors.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business leaders the payroll execution team and functional
consultants. Provide documentation lead high-level client interactions and proactively
propose HR system improvements.
Documentation & Compliance:
Author clear business process documentation and ensure solutions meet global
compliance standards especially related to Dutch payroll.
Key Qualifications
Must-Have Expertise:
SAP HR Modules: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM)
Time Management Payroll (preferably Netherlands).
Extensive experience with Dutch payroll processes and legislation.
Strong command of PCRs and Schemas for payroll configuration.
Experience with interface integration including SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF
EC Time) for payroll.
Additional Requirements:
Proven expertise with SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
implementations.
Hands-on experience with data cleansing scrambling and conversion processes.
Demonstrated leadership in client-facing roles stakeholder management and delivering
results under tight timelines.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or closely related
field (Masters preferred).
10 years as an SAP HR Payroll consultant especially in global complex and highly
customized environments.
Proficiency in both English and Dutch is required.
