Job Summary

Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain the HRMS documentation and employee records
Oversee payroll inputs and benefits (PF ESIC Gratuity)
Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary matters
Manage performance management and appraisal cycles
Ensure compliance with labor laws as applicable in India Middle East Africa
Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
Support management with HR reports analytics and decision-making.
