Experience: 4–9 years (preferably in Freight Forwarding / Logistics)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development be responsible for generating new business opportunities maintaining client relationships and supporting pricing activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of ocean freight pricing and a keen interest in driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify develop and secure new business opportunities for freight freight.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with the pricing team to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of freight products services and industry trends.
• Negotiate with clients while ensuring profitability and service excellence.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
• Graduate
• 4–9 years of experience in sales/business development in logistics or freight forwarding (ocean/Air freight preferred).
• Basic understanding of ocean freight pricing and rate structures.
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and convert leads into business.
• Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
