Product management involves activities such as market research gathering user requirements coordinating with cross-functional teams and analyzing product performance. It involves working with various teams such as Sales Carriers & Logistic Service providers to ensure the successful development launch and ongoing management of the product.

Incumbent understands the overall nature of the business and interdependencies between own and other functions & handles most situations independently. Incumbent at this level are accountable for performance and and will adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Be an enabler to sales colleagues in developing business for (own and 3rd Party) CFS/Depot

  • Connect with Shiping lines Novccs & other Logistic Service providers to promote our CFSs across India

  • Drive cargo volume revenue and yield and collaborate with key inter-functional stakeholders to drive optimal performance

  • Collect and monitor pricing trends to conduct pricing analysis and make informed pricing decisions

  • Develop bundled solutions-both standard and customized to drive business expansion and acquisitions

  • Define strategy growth targets per vertical/segment for competitive pricing

  • Collaboration with depot & sales managers to design execute CFS/Depot based pricing strategy

  • Impart special cargo knowledge and awareness

Education and Experience Required:

  • Masters degreewith 10year work experience in Supply Chain Logistics

  • Relevant experience in Special Cargo / Project Logistics / Carrier connections is preferred

  • Understanding of the local market landscape

  • Self-Starter Able to work independently

  • Fluent in English Good presentation & communication skills

  • Solution orientation - Customer focus and drive to serve customers mindset.
