The Role
The school is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing behaviour and engagement with learning. You will work closely with pastoral teams to provide targeted interventions and promote positive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Support students with behavioural and emotional needs
Deliver targeted interventions and mentoring sessions
Work closely with pastoral staff and teaching teams
Monitor and track student progress and behaviour
Build positive relationships with students and families
Support the implementation of behaviour policies
Assist in creating a safe and inclusive school environment

Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and positive relationships
Calm patient and resilient approach
Understanding of behaviour management strategies
