ABOUT THIS ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE CLERK ROLE

In this Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk position youll become a key part of our financial operations moving seamlessly between accounts payable accounts receivable and general accounting tasks. Your days will include creating and posting invoices applying payments resolving discrepancies processing vendor invoices matching purchase orders assisting with weekly check runs reconciling statements preparing sales tax returns supporting the monthend close and contributing to audits and special projects. Youll ensure compliance maintain accuracy and collaborate with your team both remotely and during your inoffice days to keep our financial processes running smoothly and efficiently.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a fulltime MondayFriday position from 8:00 am5:00 pm. The role follows a hybrid schedule requiring a commute to our De Pere WI office twice per week and as needed.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE CLERK

• 12 years of accounting experience preferred
• EPICOR/Kinetics or other ERP experience preferred
• Industrial distribution experience is highly desirable
