Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at cKinetics. As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for managing the companys financial obligations in an efficient and timely manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices expense reports and payment requests
  • Prepare and perform check runs
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment-related issues
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desired Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Relevant certification (e.g. CPA) is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:
