Job Summary
Job Description: Accounts Receivable Specialist at Construct General Contracting
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes and collections for Construct General Contracting
- Process incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Generate invoices and send them to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable status
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Desired Experience:
- 1-50 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial roles
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $85000
- Maximum Salary: $120000
- Currency: USD
