We are seeking a highly organized and dependable team player who can reach critical deadlines while producing quality work for our clients.
You will input update retrieve and maintain information in our databases supporting various departments to facilitate seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Update existing data.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports and respond to inquiries or requests for information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with administrative duties and office procedures.
Basic understanding of databases and data entry processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
