MISSION :
This position is responsible for leading complex regional projects and driving disciplined execution aligned with PMO governance and strategic PO/business priorities. Coordinate project excecution of assigned business and/or organizational projects per the defined scope target state and success criteria. Ensures highquality delivery across the full project lifecycle Translate business directives to a creditable project plan with clear roles and responsibilities deliverables and timeline. Articulate and escalate problems to Senior Management/Heads bring the right stakeholders together to resolve issues. Manage and perform the new processes till the point of go-live or assigned to permanent process owner. Leverages digital project tools such to enhance operational efficiency through improved project tracking reporting and cross functional collaboration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
Use your knowledge in project management & continuous improvement to manage individual projects; identify and manage risks in the project cycle and resource management.
Coordinate End to End User Acceptance testing phase in the region and ensure successful and timely delivery.
Identify the project hurdles surfacing them to the right stakeholders and ensuring closure and following through to ensure delivery of the project on time
Timely execution of assigned tickets and initiatives including identifying and managing dependencies providing transparency and status update to stakeholders and PMO ensuring timely closure of milestones / deliverables and managing appropriate project governance processes / approvals.
2. PMO Governance Tools & Standards
Ensure full compliance with PMO/Program Manager methodologies templates and reporting cadence. Own utilize and maintain internal project tools updated with boards tickets sprint planning and backlog refinement as part of project tracking.
3. Stakeholder BT & CrossFunctional
Collaboration Act as the main liaison between business units BT teams regional stream leaders and PO to collaborate closely with BT stakeholders on solution design system enhancements testing cycles deployment planning and support readiness. Facilitate steering committees sprint reviews project working groups and status meetings.
4. Risk Issue & Dependency Management. Identify assess and actively mitigate project risks issues and dependencies. Maintain RAID logs with clear ownership timelines and escalation triggers. Ensure transparent communication with senior stakeholders regarding impacts and decisions.
5. Change & Adoption Management
Work with change management teams to drive adoption communication and business training plans UAT coordination and stakeholder successful transition to BAU with proper handover documentation and lessons learned.
Reporting & Daily activities
reporting portfolio and post go live CM tracking analysis Provide data statistics KPIs on projects to the Program Manager.
2. Respond promptly & effectively to function requests and ensure that the appropriate action is taken.
Risk & Compliance:
to compliance standards as set by Coface and Financial Regulators.
Qualifications :
Degree educated in Process and Project management six sigma Finance Business Administration Operations Project/Lean/Agile management Banking or equivalent.
Qualifications & Experience
- Project management six sigma
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering IT or related field;
- Masters preferred.
- Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/ Agile Scrum Master or similar certifications are an advantage.
- 710 years of project management experience ideally in Insurance/Finance/Investment banking/Technology. Strong background in PMO governance and digital project management tools. Hands on experience with Jira and collaboration with technology teams.
- Strong understanding of system implementation lifecycles and BT delivery processes. Solid analytical abilities with focus on metrics KPIs and efficiency tracking.
- Leadership & Behavioral Skills : Strong stakeholder management and influential communication skills. Structured organized and detail oriented. Ability to operate in a fastpaced matrixed multinational environment. Proactive mindset with strong problemsolving capabilities and collaborative approach and Can do attitude.
- Multicultural/international corporate environment: previous experience will be a plus.
