About the internship
If you enjoy talking to clients understanding their requirements and turning ideas into clear execution plans this role is for you. Were looking for a Project co-ordinator Intern who can bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams (design development marketing). This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to client handling and project execution - not just theory.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with clients (primarily US-based) after the deal is closed
2. Understand project requirements and convert them into clear briefs
3. Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure smooth execution
4. Manage communication timelines and expectations
5. Assist in documentation like SOWs requirement docs and updates
6. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

2. Basic understanding of websites/digital projects (WordPress Webflow etc.)
3. Someone who is proactive organized and detail-oriented

5. Ability to handle conversations confidently with international clients
