Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Manager (SM) – Mortgage (DSA Vertical)
Location: Erode
CTC: 10 LPA
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Mortgage–DSA vertical responsible for driving business through DSA channels managing partner relationships and achieving mortgage business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop DSA partners to generate Mortgage/LAP/HL business
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
- Train and support DSAs to ensure quality sourcing
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong local network
- Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
- Strengthen portfolio quality through consistent monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage/LAP/HL
- Strong exposure to the DSA channel
- Good communication and market knowledge
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
