Job Summary
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Micro Mortgages (Direct Sourcing)
Locations: Chennai Coimbatore Salem Shimoga Davangere Bangalore
CTC: 4 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Direct Sourcing / Affordable Home Loans / Micro Mortgages
Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing Micro Mortgage customers directly from the market developing strong local networks and driving disbursement growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source customers for Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing Loans through direct market activities.
- Identify and onboard channel partners local influencers DSAs and connectors.
- Conduct field visits lead generation and pipeline management.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets.
- Ensure credit quality by adhering to internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with credit operations and post-sanction teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain MIS and daily reports for business tracking.
