1. Position Overview
The HR Manager / Head of HR is responsible for leading and executing the overall human resources strategy ensuring alignment with the companys business objectives and growth plans. This role oversees all HR functions including Talent Acquisition Organizational Development Compensation and Benefits Performance Management and Employee Engagement across multiple locations.
2. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business expansion and organizational goals.

Advise the CEO and leadership team on organizational design workforce planning and talent strategies.

Build optimize and restructure organizational frameworks to support business growth.

Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies including employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Oversee hiring activities across all levels from entry-level to senior leadership positions.

Design and implement Learning and Development (L&D) programs to enhance employee capabilities.
-
Develop competency frameworks succession planning and career development pathways.
-
Design review and manage Compensation and Benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

Implement and manage performance management systems including KPIs OKRs and Balanced Scorecard.
-
Drive employee engagement initiatives corporate culture development and internal communication programs.
-
Manage employee relations resolve conflicts and ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-
Lead and manage HR teams across multiple locations ensuring consistency and operational effectiveness.
-
Analyze HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare periodic HR reports and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
3. Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
-
Minimum of 710 years of experience in Human Resources including at least 35 years in a managerial role (HR Manager or Head of HR).

Experience working in companies with over 500 employees or multi-location operations.

Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and modern HR frameworks.

Proven experience in building HR systems policies and organizational structures.

Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition Compensation and Benefits Performance Management and Learning and Development.

Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing teams of more than 10 members.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
