Job Description:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency product quality and compliance with international food safety standards.
- Manage daily production operations to ensure productivity efficiency and consistent product quality
- Develop and implement production processes quality standards and food safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IFS FSSC HACCP GMP ISO 22000 BRC FDA Halal etc.)
- Plan and manage monthly quarterly and annual production schedules in alignment with business demand
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans to optimize output and minimize downtime
- Lead train and develop the production team; drive performance and continuous improvement
- Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse Logistics Sales/Marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to support operational improvements and decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Food Technology Food Engineering or related fields
- 35 years of experience in food manufacturing preferably in fruit juice or beverage production
- Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety standards (HACCP ISO BRC etc.)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and coordination skills
