Job Summary

Job Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency product quality and compliance with international food safety standards.

  • Manage daily production operations to ensure productivity efficiency and consistent product quality
  • Develop and implement production processes quality standards and food safety procedures
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (IFS FSSC HACCP GMP ISO 22000 BRC FDA Halal etc.)
  • Plan and manage monthly quarterly and annual production schedules in alignment with business demand
  • Monitor production performance and adjust plans to optimize output and minimize downtime
  • Lead train and develop the production team; drive performance and continuous improvement
  • Oversee quality control throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse Logistics Sales/Marketing) to ensure timely delivery
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to support operational improvements and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Food Technology Food Engineering or related fields
  • 35 years of experience in food manufacturing preferably in fruit juice or beverage production
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety standards (HACCP ISO BRC etc.)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and coordination skills
