Job Description:
- The International Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies expanding B2B markets and building strong international customer relationships particularly in processed fruit products (puree/concentrates).
- Develop and execute business strategies based on market trends customer needs and competitive landscape
- Expand international and domestic B2B sales channels with a focus on export markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners
- Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and industry events to drive brand presence and business opportunities
- Recruit lead and develop a high-performing sales team; set KPIs and monitor performance
- Analyze sales performance track key metrics and provide recommendations to improve business efficiency
- Prepare periodic business reports for senior management
- Ensure export operations comply with international standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D Production Quality Logistics) to ensure product quality and smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in processed fruit industry (puree/concentrates) or related food export sectors
- Proven track record in developing international B2B markets and achieving sales targets
- Strong network within the food/B2B industry (domestic and international)
- Experience in building and managing sales teams
- Strong business development negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
- Strategic thinking with result-driven mindset
