Job Summary

Our client is a global leader in automotive and IoT innovation. Their team develops next-generation Linux/Android-based Automotive Head Units and Smart Home Appliance systems used by leading car makers worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior Project Lead to drive the software delivery of programs working alongside expert teams in Japan China India and Germany.

What Youll Do

Own the software workstream from customer acquisition through to final release
Act as the primary interface with customers and global stakeholders
Be accountable for Quality Cost and Delivery manage schedules milestones and team output
Analyze and clarify customer requirements with the development team
Issue development requests track progress and remove roadblocks
Lead problem-solving during development to ensure on-time high-quality delivery
Coach and develop team members; provide performance feedback

What You Bring

Bachelors or Masters in Automotive Computer Electrical-Electronics Mechatronics or related field
8 years in Embedded Software Development
Proven project & risk management experience
Strong knowledge of microcontrollers microprocessors and V-model development
Strong leadership teamwork and stakeholder management
