Job Summary

Abstract We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource functions including talent acquisition employee engagement performance management payroll and compliance. The role requires strategic thinking strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including leadership and technical hiring

  • Handle manpower planning approvals and job descriptions

  • Lead salary negotiations and campus recruitment drives

  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and HRBPs

Onboarding & Exit Management

  • Design and implement structured onboarding and induction programs

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS (Zoho)

  • Oversee exit processes including interviews and final settlements

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and create L&D calendars

  • Execute onboarding and functional training programs

  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives and company events

  • Drive employee well-being and welfare programs

  • Manage end-to-end Mediclaim processes

Performance Management & Rewards

  • Lead appraisal and promotion cycles

  • Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF ESIC LWF PT)

  • Manage vendor payments and employee expenses

HR Operations & Policy Management

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle

  • Develop and update HR policies and processes

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

  • Supervise HR and finance support staff

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management



Requirements


  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
  • 35 years of experience in Human Resources preferably with exposure to the IT industry
  • Proven experience in end-to-end HR management along with Administration
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with HRMS tools (preferably Zoho HRMS
  • Basic knowledge about finance.
