Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment including leadership and technical hiring
Handle manpower planning approvals and job descriptions
Lead salary negotiations and campus recruitment drives
Collaborate with international stakeholders and HRBPs
Onboarding & Exit Management
Design and implement structured onboarding and induction programs
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS (Zoho)
Oversee exit processes including interviews and final settlements
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and create L&D calendars
Execute onboarding and functional training programs
Track training effectiveness and maintain records
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute engagement initiatives and company events
Drive employee well-being and welfare programs
Manage end-to-end Mediclaim processes
Performance Management & Rewards
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF ESIC LWF PT)
Manage vendor payments and employee expenses
HR Operations & Policy Management
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle
Develop and update HR policies and processes
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Supervise HR and finance support staff
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field
- 35 years of experience in Human Resources preferably with exposure to the IT industry
- Proven experience in end-to-end HR management along with Administration
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRMS tools (preferably Zoho HRMS
- Basic knowledge about finance.
