We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The role requires a strong execution mindset with the ability to manage recruitment employee lifecycle processes and HR operations while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring - Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and project-based requirements - Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role specifications - Source and attract candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and professional networks - Drive timely closure of positions while ensuring quality of hiring
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle - Manage onboarding induction and documentation processes - Maintain employee records attendance and leave management systems - Oversee background verification and HR compliance processes - Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements and documentation
3. Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives - Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives - Address employee queries and support grievance redressal processes - Support performance management and appraisal cycles
4. Stakeholder Management - Coordinate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams - Ensure HR processes align with organisational and project requirements
Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment - Strong ownership integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Profile: - Prior experience in consulting CSR NGO or development sector preferred - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
