The Consultantsare required toproactively interact with their own team and Global UnifiedSupport to resolve customer issues by providing the best suitedsolutions and to buildcustomersatisfaction. They are expected to cooperatively engage and focus to committowards the defined SLA MBO and KPI targets to provide the Moment of Service for IFS customers by beingeffective and efficient.

As aconsultant Business Applications you willbe responsible forcore activities including;

• Applies sound industry and cross-product knowledge to solve customer issues of medium complexity.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of IFS processes and tools.
• Ensures quality service delivery partners on team goals and managestimelyresolutions within SLA/OLA standards
• Takes initiatives to meet team goals and ensures efficient issue resolution.
• Executes planned maintenance and improves customer satisfaction
• Ensures meaningful and professional communication meeting customer expectations.
• Assistsin training colleagues on domain-specific knowledge and tools.
• Activelyparticipatesin knowledge-distribution activities and addresses documentation gaps
• Expands internal and external networks acting as a reference point within the team.
• Takes onadditionalobligations and contributes to business development events.
• Identifiesopportunities for process enhancements and proposes improvements.

Qualifications :

• A university degreeor equivalent professional qualifications in software/system engineering or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience in the Finance domain together with a professional financial qualification will be considered a valuable advantage.
• Naturally curious. gains a sound knowledge of support offerings customer contracts and R&D-supported versions.
• Adaptable and quick to adjust to changes with the ability to manage change within scope
• Proactive communication andengagingwith customers and stakeholders following through on commitments.
• Solid analytical skills toidentifyroot causes and proposefeasiblesolutions.
• Good knowledge of support policies scope and customer offerings.
