このポジションではElectronics & IT Solution事業本部のPC/CE GLにおいて担当カテゴリーPC本体PC周辺機器アクセサリー等の品揃え最適化売上利益の最大化に責任を持ちます戦略に基づく商品仕入れWEBを活用した販売計画の策定販売促進ブランディングの企画実行を自立的に行います

当チームではHCTPHardlines Customer Touch PointプロジェクトとしてHPPTrade-InWarranty等の顧客体験向上施策をHL横断GLsJPMJSTEU5と協働で推進していますまたAmazon Businessと連携したIT Service拡販AI活用による業務効率化と顧客体験向上にも取り組んでおりカテゴリーの枠を超えた影響力を発揮できる環境です

Key job responsibilities
担当カテゴリーのP&L管理売上利益目標の達成
ベンダーとの価格交渉仕入れ戦略の策定実行
データ分析に基づく品揃え最適化と顧客ニーズの把握
HDEHardlines Deal Event等のイベント販促の企画実行
HCTP関連プロジェクトHPPTrade-InWarrantyCustomer Trust等への参画
Amazon Businessと連携したB2B PC拡販の推進
AI自動化ツールを活用した業務効率化の推進
部門横断のステークホルダーMarketing3POps等との連携

About the team
PC/CE GLはAmazon Retailビジネスの中で事業部数売上が最も大きいElectronics & IT Solution事業本部に属していますチームの特徴はボトムアップで変革を推進する文化ですHCTPHL横断xGLsJPMJSTEU5と協働Amazon BusinessとのIT Service連携紙カタログInk回収スキームなどカテゴリーの枠を超えたビジネスInitiativeを多数推進しています優秀なLeadersのもと皆が仲良く楽しく働いているGLです



- Bachelors degree or 3 years of professional/military experience
- 3 years of Excel experience
- 5 years in retail operations product/program management or business management/consulting with expertise in negotiations and delivering measurable results
- Proven experience in financial analysis and/or P&L ownership

- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations pricing and promotion inventory management and product development
